We apply technology to solve your business problems not simply because it's cool.
Our consulting approach begins with understanding your top five pain points. What are the items that cause you the most headache? Which items is the business pressuring you to implement? Which items if implemented have the most business value?
Once we've identified a vision, we take a deep dive into your existing applications and identify any gaps. We also compare your environment to best practices and provide you with recommendations. Reviewing the gap identification list, we formulate the items into a project plan and compose a project estimate.
We will identify the resources required for the project. We can fill these roles with our people or your people, that is your choice. If your staff requires training in any of technologies that we implement, we will identify those skills gaps and recommend the appropriate training.
We favor iterative development in cycles that are two weeks or less. We have found that two week cycles are just long enough to focus on complicated tasks and just short enough to demonstrate continual progress.
We conduct daily 15 minute stand-up meetings to keep you abreast of the project's status and any impediments.
At the end of each week, we advise you of the progress made each week and the work that is planned for the next week. We also present any major decisions that you need to make before the next week.
Issues Tracking and Bug Tracking
All of our issues and bugs are tracking using SharePoint 2013, so you can log in at any time and view the project's status.
Your Code is Safe
Project related documents and source code are stored in the Microsoft cloud, so you are able to access them at anytime, anywhere. The high availability of the Microsoft cloud guarantees that your data is backed up and always available.
When it's ready to move code into production, we'll compose a run-book to transition your staff to support the application. Or, you may choose to contract with us to provide support.
We guarantee that the code being developed an implemented was completed according to best practices and reserve the right to correct any defects.
